The role initially will be learning how to connect with, and successfully qualify candidates for job roles.
Full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Identifying and targeting high quality candidates.
- Qualifying candidates for open positions.
- Sourcing and building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and striving to meet them.
- Mapping client markets to identify potential customers, engaging with those potential customers to understand who would benefit from our services.
- Managing candidates efficiently through the recruitment process, preparing for interview, and taking feedback afterwards.
- Managing the overall interview process.
- Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
