We are seeking a talented Internal Sales Specialist to join a well-established, dynamic and growing organisation in the electronics sector based in Hook, Hampshire.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
As anInternal Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for processing sales orders and acting as a key interface between customers and the company.
This includes:

  • Processing of sales orders, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with customer enquiries and any other customer issues.
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers, identify cross selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Send quotations to customers and progress via a CRM system.
  • Raise sales invoices for completed and dispatched orders.
  • Maintain and develop the Company CRM system.
  • Support external Account Managers in their work.
  • Lead generation and qualification of new customers using databases, web search and LinkedIn.
  • General office, telephony, call filtering and other duties as the management of the company may at times reasonably require.


About YOU
We are looking for candidates who are confident to work on their own initiative as well as within a team. You will need:

  • 3+ years of sales admin / internal sales experience within a manufacturing or distribution business.
  • Live within 30 minutes of Hook, Hampshire.
  • Experience with both ERP & CRM systems.
  • Can manage customer relationships to help grow and retain existing accounts.


In return, my client will be offering a salary of £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) as well as bonuses, life insurance, 25 days holiday, and the ability to work from home 1 day per week. xehkeey
