My client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that buildings, plant, and equipment remain safe, reliable, compliant, and fully operational, while minimising downtime, risk, and cost across the workplace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance across allocated sites.
  • General building fabric maintenance e.g. Basic Joinery, Painting, Basic plumbing and minor floor repairs.
  • Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the business working on Heavy Industrial Machines.
  • Identify issues beyond repair, undertake survey and escalate with recommendations.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as and when required.
