We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, international professional services organisation looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Support Administrator to become an integral part of their UK team.
This is far more than a traditional administration role.
You'll play a key part in supporting business operations, maintaining and improving internal systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring the business operates efficiently across multiple departments.
- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Providing day-to-day business and administrative support across the organisation.
- Managing travel arrangements, meetings, bookings and office administration.
- Taking ownership of CRM and internal business systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of back-end systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Producing reports and analysing data to support business decisions.
- Working closely with Business Development, Marketing and HR to provide administrative support.
- Assisting with recruitment administration, onboarding and employee inductions.
- Coordinating suppliers and maintaining office resources.
- Supporting internal projects, including sustainability and business improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve administrative processes.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is naturally curious about how systems and processes can be improved.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience within a Business Support, Office Administration or Operations role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience using CRM, HR or other business management systems.
- Confidence working with the back end of systems, maintaining data accuracy and improving workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different departments.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
