We are looking for a Digital Content Creator who genuinely loves luxury watches, understands fast-moving social media, and thrives in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment. This is a part-time hybrid role, London-based with full flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for creating quick-turn, high-impact content that keeps Luxe Raffles top-of-mind across social channels. Expect last-minute changes, rapid briefs, and exciting real-world moments, including travelling to deliver winning watches in the UK and overseas (all expenses covered).

If you can spot a great watch, film it on your phone, edit it fast, and post it before the hype dies, you will fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating short-form social content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Filming, editing, and publishing quick-turn videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and native Instagram editing
  • Writing engaging, on-brand captions and posts that convert attention into action
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and promotional launches
  • Collaborating closely with a small in-house team to execute campaigns at speed
  • Tracking content performance and iterating based on what works
  • Travelling occasionally to deliver winning watches, capture content, and support overseas activations

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for luxury watches and the wider watch industry
  • Experience creating fast-paced, social-first content (hands-on with watches is a big plus, but not essential)
  • Confidence using Canva and short-form video tools (CapCut, Instagram edits, etc.)
  • Strong copy instincts with an eye for tone, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting quickly to last-minute changes
  • Interest in email marketing and campaign-led content
  • Self-starter mentality with strong communication skills
  • Driving licence beneficial (not essential)
