We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to help support the restaurant, delivering elevated cuisine inspired by the vibrant flavours of the North West. The Role
- Work closely with the Head Chef and help to develop a talented kitchen team.
- Help to elevate a refined, modern food offer, bringing Michelin or 3 Rosette Experience.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Help manage food costs, GP, and kitchen operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with Head Chef to drive the restaurant's vision and reputation.
As a Pastry Chef, You Will:
- Have proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or luxury environment.
- Possess a strong Pastry background with some understanding of Bread.
- Have a passion for innovation, flavour, and presentation.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, driven approach with attention to detail.
