As Sous you will support running the kitchen with a high level of cooking ability, organisational skills, and leadership to maintain and raise standards where possible. Modern Fine Dining Cooking Skills are required and sought for this position.
You will come from a Michelin or 4 Rosette background with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef or 2 years as Junior Sous in experience, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
A very competitive salary package of 42-47k depending on experience... Local accommodation can be offered also although transport is advantageous
