I currently have a Chef De Partie position available in the Scottish Isles for a suitable candidate open to relocating to a beautiful part of Scotland. This small boutique luxury property operates with very high service levels and we are looking for a Chef who can deliver with the Head Chef on the excellent, small Fine Dining food operation through supporting lunch and dinner service.
You will be working very closely with the Head Chef and as part of a small team. Previous experience in a luxury fresh food environment or other high-end kitchens is required, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
This role has available live-in accommodation. Basic salary of 35k + Gratuities.
