I'm currently in the process of recruiting for a Jnr Sous Chef for my client located around the Inverness region. This client is firmly focused on a luxurious food offer with a strong emphasis on seasonal local produce.

You will be working 5 dinner services and 1 lunch per week. Previous experience in a high-end property or restaurant is required, as is experience in fine dining.
