I'm looking to speak to Operations Managers who have a clear background in Luxury F&B and are open to a relocation. This wonderful opportunity is to work closely with the onsite GM in luxury-focused surroundings. This Highlands based property can offer live-in availability; transport is required for the commute, however.
Daily tasks include responsibility for the on-site F&B offer. Food Service knowledge, qualifications and experience in Wine and Whiskey are beneficial.
You will:
- Work closely with the General Manager and cover them where necessary.
- Support the other departments within the property.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality, proactively handling guest feedback, resolving complaints and ensuring a personalised, five-star service.
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor revenue and operating costs, control stock and purchasing, and identify opportunities to improve profitability without compromising quality.
- Support, recruit, manage and develop front of house and food and beverage teams, overseeing rotas, training, performance and staff motivation.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of the restaurant and private dining, weddings, corporate events and exclusive guest experiences, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Ideally, you will have some Operations Management experience previously in a minimum of a 4-Star property, while having Restaurant or Events Management F&B knowledge. WSET Levels 2 & 3 would be beneficial. You will have experience in team training and development with exposure ideally to supporting other departments.
Your own transport is required due to the Highlands location, although living locally can be offered; transport is still required.
A very strong basic salary and benefits package which includes performance and company bonuses plus gratuities and company/property discounts! Development and growth are also part of the company's strategy.
