I currently have a position available in the Scottish Highlands for a suitable candidate open to relocating to a beautiful part of the Scottish Highlands. This role encompasses being a Restaurant Manager, leading mainly dinner service and one lunchtime.

This small boutique luxury 5-star property is looking to push its service levels, and we are looking for a manager who can deliver strong FOH attention to detail to help develop the service levels. This role is mainly focused on dinner service with a strong focus on the evening operation, with lunchtime generally only a consideration for Sunday lunches.

You will require previous experience in a luxury 5-star property in a senior position and come with strong communication and organisational skills. This role comes with an excellent holiday package and is commutable from a large accommodation catchment area, with very good holidays around 7 weeks paid a year. Basic salary is up to £43k plus gratuities. Transport is needed due to location.
