We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, experienced Lead Generator to join a friendly team based in Andover.

We are looking for someone with previous B2B experience, excellent professional telephone manner, a driven sales professional wishing to pursue a career further within the sales/construction industry.

Role Information

You will be based in the Andover office generating leads for the Managing Director; you will also be required on occasions to visit existing and new clients, promoting our clients' products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call new clients promoting the company and generating new leads
  • Call existing and new clients to upsell products
  • Visit client sites
  • Answer calls and emails

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable electrician with a good understanding of domestic, commercial and industrial installations.

You will be required to manage your allocated jobs from start to completion, explain the work you are carrying out to customers, and communicate with the team generally.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out periodic inspection and testing and complete necessary test certification in accordance with IEE Wiring Regulations; also complete other electrical certification where required.
  • Ensure compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations at all times and that the appropriate materials are used.
  • Undertake testing of portable and fixed electrical equipment (PAT Testing).
  • Liaise with other staff, surveyors and subcontractors as necessary to ensure timely completion of works within agreed operational targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork including job tickets and timesheets, and pass this to your coordinator/manager within agreed timescales.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a fully qualified electrician
  • A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations
  • City & Guilds 2360 (part 1 and 2)
  • City & Guilds 2382 (17th Edition/18th Edition)
  • City & Guilds 2391 / 4&5 (testing & inspecting)
  • A valid driving licence
  • Engineer

  • Will have at least 3 years experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer.
  • Will have knowledge across a range of security and fire systems.
  • Will live locally to Hampshire/Berkshire to be close to the company office based in Andover.
  • You will have a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Will be happy to travel to client sites across the Home Counties area and take part in a call out rota.
