  • Design and implement the business development plan for group charter sales across European and international markets.
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and trade partners.
  • Drive new business development campaigns using advanced CRM tools, targeted prospecting, and strategic networking.
  • Supervise negotiation of commercial agreements and ensure competitive, tailor‐made offers to clients.
  • Guarantee service excellence throughout the charter process, from proposal to post‐flight feedback.
  • Act as Luxaviation ONE's senior representative at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Report directly to senior management with regular updates on team performance, KPIs, and market insights.

Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in charter sales, ideally with a strong background in group charter / ad hoc charter.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the proven ability to create and grow a new business unit.
  • Solid commercial track record and established network of international corporate clients and partners.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, able to inspire and influence at senior level.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
  • Strategic thinker with impeccable presentation and strong business acumen.
  • Self‐driven, autonomous, and comfortable in a start‐up within a group dynamic.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
