Key Responsibilities
- Your main duties will be operational and administrative, including but not limited to the following:
- Coordinating and planning Company operations, including:
- Route planning
- Customs and Special Branch clearances
- Foreign operating permits
- Airport handling arrangements
- Identifying off‑airport landing sites
- Conducting landing site surveys and permissions
- Coordinating chauffeur transfers and catering
- Preparing and sending charter quotations
- Preparing and issuing crew flight briefs and associated documentation
- Arranging Company travel, including flights, hotels, car hire, and taxis
- Managing aircraft and crew schedules using the Company’s scheduling and rostering systems
- Providing flight‑following support
- Processing post‑flight paperwork and invoicing
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Participating in shared and rostered evening, weekend, and bank holiday on‑call duties
