Who should apply?
We invite applications from experienced England & Wales-qualified lawyers with expertise in clean energy and low carbon projects. We are looking for lawyers for a number of roles, with one (or more) of the following areas of expertise within the renewable energy/ clean heat sector:
- district heating
- project development and construction
- PPAs and other routes to market
- M&A and finance
- planning and property
You will have benefitted from good experience at a leading law firm, and be adept at drafting, advising and delivering complex energy transactions.
Location
Flexible, in the UK.
Remuneration
We are offering a traditional law firm remuneration model (i.e. an employed position) with a competitive salary/package. Separately, we are also seeking interest from proactive lawyers who want to take more control over their work and how they work through our consultancy model. You still benefit from the same resources, support, and being part of one team and working in teams to deliver client work, but with more freedom to run your own practice and set your own hours and goals.
