We plan and run social media, content and paid campaigns for businesses across sectors, and our client list is growing.The roleYou'll lead the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of client accounts, and for Taprave's own brand. You'll set direction, own budgets and results, and guide the team that delivers the work. This is a management role, not an execution role.What you'll do• Set digital marketing strategies for client accounts and for Taprave, tied to clear business goals and KPIs.• Plan and manage campaign budgets across paid social, search and email, and decide where spend goes.• Lead and brief social media managers, designers and freelancers, and review their work against the plan.• Own campaign performance: track results, report to clients and leadership, and act on what the numbers show.• Identify new opportunities for clients, such as new channels, audiences or services, and build the case for them.• Manage client relationships at a senior level, including planning meetings and quarterly reviews.• Develop Taprave's own marketing to win new business, including positioning, content and lead generation.• Set standards for how the team uses marketing tools, data and AI.### RequirementsWhat we're looking for• Experience planning and running digital campaigns across paid social, search and email.• Experience owning a marketing budget and being accountable for results.• Experience leading or coordinating a team or freelancers.• Strong analytical skills, including Google Analytics 4 and ad platform reporting.• Confident communication with clients and senior stakeholders.• Strong organisation and the ability to run several accounts at once.Nice to have: a degree in marketing, business or a related subject; a CIM or similar professional qualification (or working towards one); agency experience; experience using AI tools in marketing.### Interested in this role?Submit your application and join Taprave LtdApply NowDepartmentMarketing & StrategyLocationManchester, UKEmployment TypeFull Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
