You are accountable for maximizing ROI and delivering measurable business value by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing product performance.Your responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of high‐quality, fully functional products, features, and enhancements to market.Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with customer needs, stakeholder expectations, and product vision.Provide business and domain leadership as Scrum Product Owner, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.Lead requirements engineering activities, including gathering, prioritizing, elaborating, planning, and validating requirements.Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and defect descriptions to support effective delivery.Act as the voice of the customer and primary source of requirements for the Scrum team, providing clarity on product goals and priorities.Manage and engage stakeholders (customers, partners, resellers, and internal teams), incorporating feedback into product evolution.Communicate progress, expectations, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.Collaborate with the Scrum team and Product Manager on release, sprint, and resource planning to maximize delivered value and quality.What we are looking for Proven experience as a Product Owner or in Product Leadership, preferably in a Unified Communications or SaaS environment.Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders, from C‐level executives to technical users and agents.Collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate solution design within teams.Creative problem‐solving and team‐oriented approach.Broad business acumen with strong industry and market knowledge.Strong awareness of market trends and customer needs.Analytical, proactive, and forward‐thinking mindset.High curiosity and creativity combined with structured, analytical thinking.Strong product and technology expertise.Deep understanding of the value and benefits delivered by products and services to customers.Ability to plan, delegate, and oversee work across development teams.Ensure execution in line with defined processes and best practices.Incorporate cross‐functional needs and ideas into product development.Strong knowledge and hands‐on experience with Scrum and Scrum@Scale.Our offer A fast‐paced, international, and collaborative work environment.A challenging and diverse role with high autonomy.A motivating and supportive team culture where your ideas matter.Excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.Regular team events and the chance to work from another Luware office for up to a month through our exchange program.You can look forward to a genuinely collegial, international environment with a fresh, dynamic, and open corporate culture.
