We are expanding our UK team and looking for an experienced, high-energy Account Executive with a true hunter mindset to accelerate new business growth for this strategically important solution. This is a pure new business role focused on generating and closing opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop high-value new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and industry events
- Own and drive the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, solution positioning, product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and close
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers, navigating complex buying groups
- Partner closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to structure and win competitive, multi-stakeholder deals
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene to ensure predictable revenue performance
What we are looking for:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong new business focus
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Skilled at independent prospecting and pipeline development
- Experience selling to enterprise clients; knowledge of financial services or other regulated industries highly desirable
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Highly structured, self-motivated, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
