We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to join our small yet distinguished UX Design team as soon as possible. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Senior UX / UI Designer and our outstanding product development team and contribute to successfully driving innovative ideas forward. The position is based at our wonderful redesigned office in the centre of London‑City.
Your responsibilities:
- The Junior UX / UI Designer works closely with the Senior UX / UI Designer.
- Design intuitive interfaces and contribute to improving user experiences across our web applications.
- Maintain and help evolve our design system in Figma ensuring consistency and usability.
- Collaborate with developers to keep the design system synced between design and code.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs to support feature development.
- Participate in design critiques, team workshops and user feedback sessions.
What we are looking for:
- Degree as UI / Graphic Designer or similar experience as a UI Designer or Web / Frontend Developer.
- An understanding of UI designs, knows trends and best practices in software UIs.
- Familiar with UX principles.
- Good communication skills in English for interactions with colleagues and suppliers.
- Creativity and flair for design.
- Good knowledge of Luware portfolio and functionality of the products.
- Very good knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator).
- Content coordination experience.
- Plans, prioritises and executes tasks autonomously and independently.
- Proactively asks for feedback from relevant stakeholders and implements input.
- Works efficiently with focus on details and user experience.
- Autonomous work style.
- Proactively contributes ideas and UX aspects and pushes forward own projects.
