We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in our Headoffice UK/London-City as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a significant role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and update sales data, including customer and prospect information, sales pipeline, and forecasting data.
- Subscription Management: Overseeing the management of customer subscriptions, ensuring accurate billing and compliance.
- Order Processing and Control: Ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Sales Tools Administration: Managing sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized by the sales team.
- Renewal Handling: Managing the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and efficient renewals to maintain customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales Operations, within the IT industry is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping an eye on quality.
