Wat ga je doen?
Binnen de klinisch-pathologische diagnostiek werk je met hetzelfde takenpakket als een startende arts in opleiding tot specialist (AIOS), zonder dat je officieel in opleiding bent.
Gedurende het ANIOS-schap maak je van binnenuit kennis met de pathologie en de opleiding tot patholoog.
Daarbij doorloop je als ANIOS meerdere thema’s en maak je kennis met uiteenlopende orgaangebieden.

Het LUMC is een universitair medisch centrum waar patiëntenzorg, onderzoek en onderwijs nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn.
Binnen de afdeling Pathologie werk je in een academische omgeving met pathologen, AIOS en andere deskundigen.
De samenwerking is laagdrempelig en biedt volop ruimte om vragen te stellen, kennis te delen en verschillende orgaangebieden te leren kennen.
Zo krijg je een breed en realistisch beeld van het vak én van de opleiding tot patholoog.

- Als gedreven ANIOS Pathologie bedraagt je salaris minimaal € 4.642,- en maximaal € 6.393,- bruto per maand (schaal 11A, CAO UMC).
Deze bedragen zijn op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
- Per 1 mei 2027 geldt een loonsverhoging van 3,5%.
- De sollicitatie procedure omvat een aantal gesprekken op één dag.
