Wat ga je doen?
Binnen de ambulante setting werk je met kinderen en jongeren met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en hun ouders.
De behandeling vindt plaats in de thuissituatie, waar je observeert, begeleidt en coacht.
Daarbij staat het versterken van het gezin en de directe omgeving centraal, met als uitgangspunt dat herstel het beste plaatsvindt in de eigen leefomgeving.
De rol vraagt om een systemische blik, waarbij je niet alleen met het kind of de jongere werkt, maar altijd met het hele gezin en andere betrokkenen.
In samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team wordt afgestemd wat nodig is om passende ondersteuning te bieden.

- Schakelen tussen de poliklinische behandeling en de thuissituatie, en afstemmen met bijvoorbeeld onderwijs of dagbesteding
- Samenwerken met een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit onder andere een kinder- en jeugdpsychiater, (klinisch) psycholoog en systeemtherapeut
Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het team en levert een bijdrage aan een behandeling die aansluit bij de leefwereld van het kind en het gezin.

Je komt te werken bij LUMC Curium in Oegstgeest binnen een kernteam van de polikliniek.
LUMC Curium is een academisch centrum voor kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie dat zorg biedt aan kinderen die door psychische klachten ernstig disfunctioneren.

- Als ambulant sociotherapeut bedraagt je salaris minimaal €3.858,- en maximaal €5.647,- bruto per maand (schaal 9M, CAO UMC).
Deze bedragen zijn gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband.
- Per 1 juli geldt een loonsverhoging van 3,5 %, gevolgd door een aanvullende verhoging van 3,5 % per 1 mei 2027.
- De behandeling wordt aangeboden in de thuissituatie van het gezin.
