Role Description
Luv Soul is a soulful lounge in London, the home of RnB, Neo‑Soul, Jazz and Soulful Hip‑Hop. Our mission is to cultivate feel‑good experiences for our community, serving as a guide to elevate the soul and vibrancy on a Soul level. We focus on nourishing Mind, Body & Soul, reminding you to navigate life with intention and connect deeply with your inner‑self.
Responsibilities
This is a part‑time remote role for a Brand and Marketing Strategist. The strategist will develop and execute marketing strategies to build the brand’s identity, conduct market research, analyse market trends, define target audiences, create brand messaging and guidelines and improve brand awareness.
Day‑to‑day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive branding, and crafting communication plans to engage with target audiences. The strategist will monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust them as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Research and conducting thorough Research
- Skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy
- Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience in brand development and strategic planning is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred, not mandatory)
