About Luupli
Luupli is reimagining social media for the next generation of creators — a space where expression, authenticity, and ownership reign. We’re building a platform where creators are not just content producers but active stakeholders in the ecosystem they help shape. As we enter our build-and-scale phase, we’re seeking a visionary who can blend bold creative leadership with operational excellence to help us bring our brand — and our creators — to life.
The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Creative Director & Head of Creator Programs to lead both the visual storytelling of our platform and the strategy for cultivating and scaling our creator community. This is a rare hybrid role that combines design leadership with deep creator economy expertise. As part of the founding team, you’ll have an outsized voice in shaping product, brand, and community — and a meaningful equity stake in the journey ahead.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the creative vision and brand identity across all touchpoints (product, web, social, campaigns).
- Oversee UX/UI strategy to ensure delightful and intuitive user experience.
- Partner with engineering and product to integrate design seamlessly into development.
- Design and own the end-to-end creator experience: onboarding, engagement, incentives.
- Build scalable programs that support creators' growth, community engagement, and monetization.
- Source and manage strategic creator partnerships, ambassador campaigns, and co-creation pilots.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Community to align creative vision with go-to-market plans.
- Define and report on KPIs to track creator success and brand reach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in design, digital culture, and the evolving creator economy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in creative direction and creator management (ideally Head of Design, CD, or similar).
- Background in Creator Management and experience in product development or product management.
- Track record of building creator-first brands or platforms (startups, agencies, or creator tools).
- Strong background in UX/UI, product design, or brand strategy.
- Passionate about the creator economy, digital culture, and emerging platforms.
- Confident working across disciplines — from mood boarding to strategy decks to community launch plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design & Creative Fields, Marketing, Communications, or Brand Strategy.
What You’ll Get
- 1% equity in an ambitious, early-stage social platform with global potential.
- Post-Seed salary opportunity once funded.
- Full creative ownership and freedom to define a brand from scratch.
- A front-row seat in redefining how creators thrive online.
- Flexible, remote-first work culture and a team that values courage, creativity, and impact.
Compensation
This is a pre-seed, equity-only role, offering 1% equity as part of the founding team. There is currently no salary available until we secure Seed funding, at which point competitive compensation will be introduced. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term ownership and impact in a purpose-driven, early-stage venture.
