Our client is in the process of developing and renovating a significant private estate (c. 450 acres), currently undergoing a major transformation programme. The estate comprises a principal residence, a secondary residential property (former stables), agricultural land, and a series of development projects including the conversion of farm buildings into artists residencies, alongside extensive landscaping.
