Lutterworth College is seeking a highly organized Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support SENDCo and the inclusion team.

The role focuses on coordinating SEND provision, delivering targeted interventions and ensuring effective communication with staff, parents and external agencies.

The post is permanent, part-time, term-time only, with hours 8.20am–3.45pm, and may require attendance at training days outside normal hours. Salary scales reflect Grade 8, 15–18.
