Lutron Electronics Co Inc has an immediate opening on the Customer Service Team at our European Headquarters office located in Central London.
At Lutron, our number one principle is to take care of our customers with quality goods and services. As a member of our Customer Service team, you act as the voice of our company and will be trusted to exercise good judgment to deliver superior customer service.
We are looking for self-starters who want to develop their customer service skills through meaningful customer interactions.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Serve as our customer\’s primary point of contact, delivering an effortless customer experience for all their needs
- Collaborate with other parts of the business to resolve issues promptly
- Use your problem-solving skills to think creatively and propose solutions to business challenges
- Provide quotations to customers through our Project and Quotations team when applicable
- Manage orders: entering, checking, dating, expediting, coordinating shipments inside and outside the EU, and communicating updates
- Take initiative to expand your knowledge of our products and business areas

Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing service role
- Fluency in English plus either Spanish, French, or Italian
