Are you somebody who loves to help others? At Luton Town Football Club, we are looking to recruit Matchday Ambassadors to help with the smooth running of matchdays. You will need to be punctual, reliable with a positive manner and happy to go the extra mile for our supporters.
EDI is at the heart of everything we do at the club, and you will need to become familiar with our club policies to make sure that you are representing us in a positive and friendly manner. Each Ambassador will be assigned a specific area of the stadium on a matchday, so that supporters can get to know you and you will become a friendly, familiar face to them.
Football is a winter sport, and the role will involve you being outside in any and all conditions. Please consider this carefully before applying.

The Club has systems in place to ensure that the welfare of vulnerable groups is dealt with appropriately and sensitively. Our standards of practice ensure all staff are fully aware and understand their responsibilities under safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance.
