Luton Town is seeking a part-time Academy Sport Scientist to assist in developing and implementing the Club’s sports science plan for elite players. You will support S&C, nutrition, physiology and testing across the Academy, working with staff to meet EPPP targets.
The role focuses on monitoring player fitness, delivering age-appropriate testing, and maintaining performance records for players graduating to higher squads, with ongoing CPD and collaboration across departments.
