The Impact You’ll Make: Luton Town is looking for a Marketing & Communications Director to lead and develop the club’s marketing, communications, brand, and media strategies, strengthening reputation and deepening fan engagement. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence. You will set the strategic direction across marketing and communications, ensuring alignment across media, content, and campaign activity. From long‑term planning through to day‑to‑day delivery, you will stay close to execution, ensuring strategy is translated into clear, consistent, and effective output across the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned to the club’s objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team on communications, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns to drive fan engagement and revenue.
- Oversee and evolve the club’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Lead media relations and reputation management, including proactive storytelling, press releases, and crisis communications.
