KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Film all training sessions and first team matches
- Assist in the production of individual clips
- Assist with the production of set play videos
- Produce opposition penalty document
- Produce parts of a pre match opposition document
- Be available to assist in analysis tasks or projects
MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experience & Knowledge
- An understanding and passion for the tactical aspects of football and a desire to learn and contribute to the tactical preparation of the first team squad
- Experience using analysis software and platforms with the strong desire to learn how to use them
- Knowledge of performance analysis principles and basic understanding of football data and key metrics
- Experience in analysing football matches (academic, internship or personal projects)
- Skills & Competencies
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify tactical patterns and key moments in matches
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to other members of the department
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines around match schedules
- Good IT skills with competency in Microsoft Excel and Keynote in particular
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This internship can be completed either full-time or around existing commitments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchdays as required
