We are seeking a passionate Young Parent Coordinator to join our team as part of a job share supporting young parents across a range of needs. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to enhance service delivery and share insights.
- Conduct assessments to identify and meet the needs of young parents.
- Foster community support by partnering with other agencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Assist young mothers in promoting their children’s development.
- Plan and facilitate parenting courses and group activities.
- Advocate for young parents in relevant meetings.
- Prepare quarterly and yearly reports for project evaluation.

- Experienced in supporting young people, especially young parents.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable about the challenges faced by young parents.
