Two Way Radio Systems Engineer (RF)

£40,000 to £55,000 Basic Salary + Company Van + Profit Share Bonus + Benefits

A two way radio systems engineer is needed to join a small, stable and growing company that specialise in consultative, specialist system design.

This interesting and varied role will involve visiting customers to survey their radio needs, putting together the best system from a variety of manufacturer equipment, installing and then maintaining and repairing any faults with the system.

The role will suit experienced radio systems engineers with RF knowledge looking for a challenging role. You will be a big part of the success of a smaller business. The company invest in their staff and offer excellent training including external manufacturer training. Knowledge of Motorola and Hytera would be an advantage.

The Two Way Radio Systems Engineer (RF) Role:

Design and develop appropriate two way radio systems for customers.
Survey customer sites to establish radio coverage using different options to meet their needs.
Identify Faults and perform 1st line bench repairs.
Maintain thorough documentation of designs, tests and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.

The Two Way Radio Systems Engineer (RF):

Will have experience of Two Way Radio, RF Systems.
Able to specify systems from different manufacturers following site visits.
Will have bench soldering skills.
Any electrical / electronic qualifications are beneficial; not essential.
