Trainee Ecommerce Assistant (Administrator) Swanland, Hull £26,000 + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Insurance (3x Salary) + Company Pension Scheme + Company Sick Pay + Training and Development Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 Trainee Ecommerce Assistant required for an industry leader who specialise in ground and agricultural equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in ecommerce looking to join a well-established business who offer a supportive working environment within a friendly team who can offer ongoing training. This role would suit someone either with experience working in ecommerce or someone from an administrative or sales background looking for an ecommerce focused role. You will need experience working with MS Office systems. Working closely with the company’s E-Commerce Specialist, the successful candidate will work closely with stock, website development and new product launches. The Trainee Ecommerce Assistant Role: · Creating product listings on the company’s website and checking technical information is correct · Using Shopify and basic design tools (including Photoshop) · Organising stock availability · Liaison with internal teams to fulfil website orders · Coordinate exchanges and returns · Ongoing training The Trainee Ecommerce Assistant Candidate: · Interest in or experience within ecommerce · Experience working in ecommerce / administration / sales – or similar · Experience using MS Office
