QHSE Lead (Quality / Food Safety / Auditing) London & Manchester Up to £50,000 + 28 Days Holiday + NEST Pension 40 Hours per Week (Flexibility with Working Hours) QHSE lead required for an industry leading company within the food and catering sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised company who are offering a varied role. You will work with a broad range of food products and across three sites – London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and Manchester. The successful candidate will need experience working within a QHSE role with a focus on food safety. You will hold HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent) and can come from any food background. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety and compliance across three company sites. You will be responsible for carrying out regular audits and will look to implement continuous improvements. This is an operational focused role, and you will work across the production sites. You will work 50:50 between Heathrow and Gatwick and you will spend 1 week per month based in Manchester. The company will organise and provide flights and accommodation for this. The QHSE Lead Role: · Responsible for compliance – food safety, H&S and environmental · Undertake HACCP inspections, H&S inspections, environmental inspections etc. · Monitoring KPIs to review trends and implement correction measures where required · Feedback to operational managers · Conduct customer – self audits · Supplier audits and reviews · Review customer complaints · Monitor microbiological samples and results The QHSE Lead Candidate: · Experience in a QHSE role · Hold HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent) · Experience working in the food / catering industry · Comfortable travelling between sites
