Engineering Manager required for a leading manufacturing company whose name is synonymous with quality and innovation. This is a great opportunity to join a people-focused company in an integral role during an exciting time as the company looks to expand their product range, a project this role will play a key part of.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on mechanical engineering background with experience of CNC machinery (including operation and maintenance) as well as general factory maintenance. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations on site to make sure production machinery, facilities and mechanical systems run effectively. This is a largely hands-on role and will also help oversee a small engineering team and drive continuous improvements.
