Manufacturing Improvements Engineer Birmingham £50,000 – £60,000 Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Sick Pay (After Probation) + Staff Discounts + Car Parking + Annual Bonus + Healthcare Package Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm & Friday 7am to 12pm Manufacturing Improvements Engineer position available in a well established manufacturer of high value hand made shotguns and rifles. This is a new role and will suit those looking for a role where you can add value to the process and the business overall. To apply for the role you need to demonstrate continuous improvements within engineering/manufacturing. A understanding of CNC machining and CAD/CAM is also required. The role will involve analysing and developing production processes within manufacturing and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. You will also work closely the design team and other departments to improvement ideas are suitable for a bespoke environment.
