This is a new role and will suit those looking for a role where you can add value to the process and the business overall.\\n \\nTo apply for the role you need to demonstrate continuous improvements within engineering/manufacturing. A understanding of CNC machining and CAD/CAM is also required.\\n \\nThe role will involve analysing and developing production processes within manufacturing and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

You will also work closely the design team and other departments to improvement ideas are suitable for a bespoke environment.\\n \\nThe role will really suit those looking to be part of a successful business who are employee focussed.\\n \\nThe Manufacturing Improvements Engineer Role in Summary:\\n• Review and enhance existing manufacturing and assembly processes\\n• Apply modern engineering techniques where appropriate to enhance efficiency, repeatability and quality\\n• Develop and refine tooling & fixtures\\n• Research and recommend appropriate new technologies, processes, or materials\\n \\nThe Person Required:\\n• Demonstrate continuous improvements within engineering/manufacturing\\n• Understanding of CNC machining\\n• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles
