Maintenance Manager required for a leading sustainable waste management company. This is an ideal position for hands-on maintenance/engineering managers looking for a role where you can add value and be part of a growing team.
To apply for the Maintenance Manager role, you need to be a qualified engineer with management skills. You need to be familiar with industrial maintenance and competent managing a small team. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role involves overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the plant equipment and systems at the Materials Recovery Facility. This includes a team of engineers where you will support them in the maintenance of the equipment when needed. You will oversee project improvements, liaise with contractors, manage spare parts, train and develop, and monitor plant performance and reliability.
