Lorry Crane Service Engineer
Birmingham, Midlands.
Competitive Basic Salary + £45,000 – £50,000 estimated OTE including Overtime + Van + Benefits
Lorry Crane Service Engineer required by an established, stable and growing service and testing business. The role offers the chance to work voluntary overtime at time and a half and there is no stay away in the role.
Experienced Lorry Crane Service Engineer or similar are required and an ALLMI Card or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
In this role you will service, repair and test lorry loader cranes at client sites typically within a 2 hour radius of Birmingham. The company provide a fully stocked van and great training to include lorry crane manufacturer training courses.
The Lorry Crane Service Role:
- Servicing and repairs of hydraulic loader lorry cranes.
- Fault finding and problem solving of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Breakdown/Roadside assistance, working on and off company premises at client sites.
- Hydraulic hose making.
- LOLER testing and certificating.
The Lorry Crane Service Engineer:
- Experience of working on hydraulic equipment, plant or ideally lorry cranes
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- An ALLMI Card is beneficial but not essential
