Overview

L&D Trainer (Learning and Development) – Lanark

Up to GBP35,000 + 30 Days Holiday + EAP

Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (Flexibility Required)

L&D Trainer required for a well-established food manufacturer with a history of over 40 years. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within an award-winning business who are known for the quality of their products and the work they do for the local community.

This role would suit a training professional with experience delivering learning and development programmes, ideally working within the food industry.

The successful L&D Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes to support the development of the company’s team of over 180 people. You will be responsible for overseeing training delivered at initial inductions and liaising with department managers to identify further training opportunities.

The core hours for this role are 08:30 to 17:00, however flexibility will be required when delivering training to shift based employees.

The L&D Trainer Role:

  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and courses
  • Liaise with management to identify training requirements
  • Develop training materials and manuals
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Promote and support continuous learning and development

The L&D Trainer Candidate:

  • Experience within a L&D training role
