HSE required for an industry leading manufacturer with a 65 year history who are currently experiencing significant year on year sales growth. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a business witnessing over 20% growth each year and have ambitious development and investment plans.
The successful candidate will need experience in a similar role and can come from any manufacturing or engineering background. You will need a NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant Health and Safety experience.
You will develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with UK legislation. You will carry out risk assessments and audits and conduct investigations if there are any incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. You will deliver training when required and monitor compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
