The successful Quality and Compliance Manager will be an experienced Quality Manager / Quality Engineer. The Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing quality assurance, compliance and H ISO9001 Maintenance and improvement Plan
- Leading audit programmes and carrying out root-cause analysis for any non-conformities
- Overseeing HR working closely with senior management and external consultants
- Compliance management
- Assessment of quality risks
- Point of contact for customer complaints, supplier quality issues and third-party certification bodies
