Package:

  • Base Salary: £32,000
  • Realistic OTE: £40,000 to £45,000
  • £2,000 Car Allowance
  • Bonus on Additional Hours and Spare Parts: Approximately £6,000 to £11,000
  • Additional Sales Bonus on new equipment and service contracts (10%)
  • Expensed Mileage / Transport (55p for First 10,000 Miles)
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

  • Monday to Friday 35 Hours Per Week (Flexible Working Hours Available - No Weekend, No Callout)

Field Service Engineer required for an industry leading service provider to the medical and laboratory industries offering training. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens, and water baths. You will be joining an existing team of six engineers who cover customer sites in the UK. Candidates may be required to travel further afield and occasionally stay overnight to support the wider team as needed.

Field Service Engineer Role:

  • Service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens, and water baths
  • Full training provided
  • Plan your own workload and arrange appointments directly with customers
  • Focus on client sites in Northampton/Milton Keynes with further travel across the UK
  • Occasional overnight away
