The business is committed to developing and upskilling their engineering team. This role would suit mechanically biased or multi skilled engineers with a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). As well as experienced production focused engineers, this role would also suit candidates with a background in facilities or field service looking for an opportunity to move into manufacturing. The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on machinery during production hours of 6pm until 12am, and from 12am to 6am the Maintenance Engineer can expect to work as the sole engineer on site, carrying out planned maintenance activities and facilities work across the factory.
