Customer Service Administrator required for a reputable manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a friendly company of approximately 100 employees offering long term job security.

The successful candidate will need experience working in a customer focused role within a technical industry. You will also need experience working with Excel.

Joining a growing team, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process from quotation, placing orders and liaising with internal production and engineering teams.

The Customer Service Administrator Role:

  • Working with SAP and Excel
  • Respond to customer queries and providing updates
  • Order processing, including updates POs, processing reworks, repairs etc.
  • Liaising with production teams to complete customer orders in time
  • Raising credit/debit notes
  • Updating price lists, quotes, customer details etc. on systems
  • Liaising with customers on BOMs and drawings

The Customer Service Administrator Candidate:

  • Experience in a customer support / sales / admin role
  • Experience working in a technical industry – manufacturing, engineering, pharma or similar
  • Excel experience
