The successful candidate will need experience working in a customer focused role within a technical industry. You will also need experience working with Excel.
Joining a growing team, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process from quotation, placing orders and liaising with internal production and engineering teams.
The Customer Service Administrator Role:
- Working with SAP and Excel
- Respond to customer queries and providing updates
- Order processing, including updates POs, processing reworks, repairs etc.
- Liaising with production teams to complete customer orders in time
- Raising credit/debit notes
- Updating price lists, quotes, customer details etc. on systems
- Liaising with customers on BOMs and drawings
The Customer Service Administrator Candidate:
- Experience in a customer support / sales / admin role
- Experience working in a technical industry – manufacturing, engineering, pharma or similar
- Excel experience
