Customer Service Administrator required for a reputable manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a friendly company of approximately 100 employees offering long term job security.

The successful candidate will need experience working in a customer focused role within a technical industry and experience working with Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the end-to-end order process from quotation, placing orders and liaising with internal production and engineering teams.
  • Working with SAP and Excel.
  • Respond to customer queries and providing updates.
  • Order processing, including updates POs, processing reworks and repairs.
  • Liaising with production teams to complete customer orders in time.
  • Raising credit/debit notes.
  • Updating price lists, quotes, customer details etc. on systems.
  • Liaising with customers on BOMs and drawings.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer support, sales or admin role.
  • Experience working in a technical industry – manufacturing, engineering, pharma or similar.
  • Excel experience.
