Bench Joiner (Wood Worker) Milton Keynes £32,500 + Overtime (1.5x) + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + EAP + Company Sick Pay Scheme + Nest Pension + Development and Training Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 Bench Joiner / Wood Worker required for a specialist manufacturer at an exciting time of company growth. This is a great opportunity to join a company as they move into a new facility, working with brand new equipment due to ongoing investments. You will be joining an employee focused company who can offer ongoing career development. This role would suit a candidate with experience working with timber related products and will hold experience working with joinery specific tools such as chop saws, nail guns, battery drills etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for using hand power tools and machinery to produce timber products. This is a hands-on role where you will spend approximately 60% of your time using machinery, however, you will also be involved in supporting wider operations with movement of stock on site, carrying out quality checks, and assembling final products. The Bench Joiner Role: · Using joinery hand tools and production machinery · Receiving deliveries and picking stock for production · Working to KPIs · Using forklifts – training can be provided · Quality checking work The Bench Joiner Candidate: · Experience working with timber products · Experience using joinery related hand tools
