Monday to Friday 40 Hours per Week – 09:00 to 17:00
Account Manager required for an industry leading supplier of machinery. You will be joining a growing a friendly and growing teams as the bridge between their technical teams and client services.
This role would suit candidates with experience of working in contract management, account management, or project coordination. The company can provide full product related training, so candidates from any industry background are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the company’s customers who have purchased products and utilise the services of their aftercare team, including the servicing, repair or upgrades of equipment. As an initial point of contact for customers, you will address their enquires and resolve any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role will be based from the company’s site in Tiverton, however, the role will involve an element of travel to visit customers. You can expect to travel up to 20% of the time and occasional overnight stays may be required – this would be no more than twice a month.
The Account Manager Role:
· Providing technical support to clients – understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions
· Coordinating service works, organising repairs etc.
· Upselling services
· Identifying upselling opportunities to new and previous clients
· Account management – ensuring account retention and managing accounts including processing orders and invoicing
· Creating documentation for clients and engineering teams
· Monitor quality standards
· Support project management team in overseeing the coordination of installs, upgrades and maintenance works
