The role will suit mechanical technicians with transferable skills looking for excellent training and progression routes. The Trainee Forklift Engineer role will be suitable for engineers with mechanical service and repair skills. Vehicle/motorbike technians will be particularly suited to the role. You’ll form part of a highly skilled team in a very reputable business. Based in the Workshop with a team of engineers, you will be carrying out pre delivery inspection on a vast range of forklift trucks, fit any specific parts and repair and service when needed. You’ll order any spares and communicate progress to the manager. Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half over 39 hours a week.
