Operations Manager (Manufacturing / Engineering/Luxury Product) Didcot, Oxfordshire £60,000 – £65,000 + Pension + Enhanced Holiday + Bank Holidays + Private Healthcare + Bonus Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm Operations Manager required for a well established and award winning manufacturer of luxury products. The role will suit those seeking a collaborative team based environment where you can add value to the company and positively impact the continued and ambitious growth plans. To apply for the role, you need to have experience managing operations in an engineering/manufacturing environment. You need to be able to successfully lead teams to ensure engineering projects are manufactured to the agreed specification and high level of quality, are on time and within budget. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading Operations, Production and Client Services to ensure design, production and installation of orders are delivered to high standards.
